2 rooms upstairs for rent Kissimmee

I have 2 rooms upstairs for rent. 1 person for each room. I don't rent for couple or 2 people in 1 room. The rent is hundred for 1 room includes electric, water, cable, internet. Furnished room with Queen size bed, tv, walking closet.
There is 1 bathtub and 1 toilet upstairs and another toilet and sink downstairs. So there will be shared bathtub but not share toilet and sink. Whoever use the toilet and sink downstairs will pay the rent for hundred dollars a month.
The person use the toilet and the sink upstairs will pay the rent hundred dollars a month. If you would like the other room is not for rent, then you can pay hundred a month. Deposit is hundred dollars.
Background check non refundable. The room is in Storey Lake Community with big, clean swimming pool, and gym. Very clean, very security, very quiet. The house was built , very clean, quiet. Air filters and water filters for the whole house, but not for drinking water, you buy your own drinking water. Please no pet, no guests come inside the house, no smoking, no alcohol.
It is less than two miles from Publix, Super Walmart, Target, a few miles from Sam Club. Close to Celebration, Huntercreek, Walgreens, CVS.
