Hi, I have a private bedroom with private bathroom available with two walk in closets on the second floor. It is furnished with the bed, nightstand, and TV. If you need it unfurnished that can also be an option. You would have your own private parking spot in front of the condo unit. Electricity, Internet, gas, all utilities, access to laundry room is included in the monthly price. There is a small move in fee and a contract that will be included. No other pets allowed as there is already a small dog that lives here and he is friendly. Access to living room, kitchen and outside patio, downstairs is included. I am a working professional working from home virtual. Close to airport and about minutes from downtown. Only looking for one person to rent the room.Deposit refundable on exit.
