Hi, my name is Amber (: I love art, animals, farmers markets, and traveling. I am a year old college student sharing a room with my partner. We both go to school and have full-time jobs downtown Oceanside. I am looking for someone to rent my second room starting in May. We are both kind, clean, very considerate, and respectful roommates. The apartment features an in-unit laundry machine, patio, dishwasher, and full bath. There is a pool/hot tub/gym directly across the street at the clubhouse (we have a great location within the complex which is super convenient for trash, mail, and amenities). Water/hot water, electricity, wifi, and a private parking spot are all included in the rent. The complex is in a gated community about minutes from the beach and downtown Oceanside.
