Looking for a home closer to work

I’m a year old professional living and working in LA. My lease is up and even though I love my roommates and living situation, I’m looking to move somewhere closer to my work. I don’t have any pets, but I do love animals. I spend most of my time working, traveling, or at events. I don’t usually have people over, but I don’t mind if my roommates do. I clean up after myself and don’t take over common areas. Hoping to find something closer to the Hollywood/DTLA area, but it doesn’t have to be super close. I’m not very loud, I keep to myself but am also social. Not a huge party person, but am open minded. Even though I don’t smoke, I don’t mind people who do.
Open to all ages, genders, backgrounds etc. Just looking for a clean safe and respectful space to be comfortable in.
