I absolutely love my roommates & this townhome, but life is taking me out of state. The other two girls will be upstairs, & everyone has their own bathroom. The common spaces will look a little different than the pictures as I'm moving my furniture out, but it will be furnished (& the girls are open to you moving your furniture in to the common spaces if you have any). The roommates are both women in their mid-twenties & one has a dog.As for the townhome itself, it's absolutely beautiful & the community is quiet & peaceful. The complex is gated & security patrols at night. It has all the bells & whistles as far as amenities, including a -hour gym, heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse, & package concierge. There's a park, a library, & a few places to eat all within short walking distance.Inside the home, there is a fireplace, washer & dryer, bar top, & ample living space. There is a roommate agreement to keep things running smoothly & peacefully.The girls are looking for a woman in her s who is clean & respectful. A pet is welcome if you're willing to pay the pet deposit & pet rent (unless you have paperwork proving the animal is an ESA) & the pet gets along with the existing dog that lives here. The rent price includes water, trash, & sewage, & then you'll be splitting NV energy & internet with the other girls.
