Looking for a room to rent in Austin, Kyle, Buda, or even New Braunfels, but preferably in the south area of Austin. A little about me: I am a year old female(not your “typical year old” ive been told) who can live comfortably in a co-ed space, I work 2 jobs and am rarely home. I often do not get home until after days a week I will be in the San Antonio area over night. I do not have pets, I do not smoke inside, I do not do hard drugs and though if you are friendly that does not bother me in the least, I do not partake. I am at a stage of “in between” in my life after a divorce a couple of years ago and some followihf hardships, but I went to UT in Austin “forever ago” and am searching for a better job in the area while working the ones that I have. I was renting a house, until July , by myself for almost 3 years and never missed or was late on a payment, I have a decent credit score, i am by no means a partier anymore though i have been there and done that so arent bothered if you are. Do not have over night guests and if ever I do it will be with advance notice and rarely. I really just need a place close to work (south side of Austin, even as remote as Kyle), that has a furnished kitchen, wifi access and washer and dryer. I am pretty laid back and easy going with a pretty wicked sense of humor and a willingness to listen and lend advice only when requested. I get along with most people because i value respect and individuality. If the room is furnished that would be amazing but not a deal breaker if not. I do need flexible lease terms and a place without cats as I am highly allergic. Please let me know if you have anything affordable, I’m even willing to couch surf for a bit if necessary. Thank you
