The house is minutes away from the UofA. One roommate is an undergrad student and the other is taking a gap year. Currently looking for another roommate. Both the roommates are very easy going and are communicative so it’s pretty easy to live here. There are a lot of restaurants and stores near by. There is a dishwasher, laundry and dryer shared and your own closet in the room. The house has a central A/C system and your room will not be furnished.
