Hey there! We’re Cory and Genesis, a hardworking, laid-back couple looking for great roommates in Dr. Phillips. I’m originally from Fort Lauderdale, and my wife, Genesis, is from Costa Rica. We’ve been living in Orlando for the past two years and really enjoy the area. We both have busy schedules and multiple hustles—I run a small business called DripDoc, a mobile therapy company in Orlando and Tampa, and Genesis is a personal trainer, photographer, personal shopper, and also walks dogs. We work hard but also appreciate a relaxed and comfortable home life. One important thing to know: we have three amazing cats—Asher, Spider Monkey, and Snow White. They’re part of the family, so if you have cat allergies, this probably wouldn’t be a good fit. But if you like cats, you’ll get along with them just fine. We’re looking for roommates because we realized we have extra space and could make it work with the right people. We currently live in a great apartment in Dr. Phillips, but we’re also considering upgrading to a three-bedroom unit in our building if we find two responsible and easygoing roommates. The goal is to lower costs while creating a comfortable and respectful shared space. We keep things clean, are considerate of others, and believe in open communication.
