I am a year old managerial professional in the aviation industry with years experience. I commute to Palmdale every work day. My life is in LA & OC so I’m constantly on the move. I have an adult son living in OC (does not stay with me.) What I like: i work all the time but when I’m free I will go on a beach trip, gym, museum excursion, take a vacation, urban hike, go to a concert or NBA game, get dressed up and go to a trendy restaurant. Usual routine: Working hours a week. hour shift available coverage. Commonly working am on weekdays, pm weekends Household needs: reasonable respect of quietness to facilitate a constant work/ sleep schedule. (Cooking, getting ready, doing business at home, etc is not a problem. Loud music, shouting, inviting many guests, purposely waking me out of my sleep for non-emergencies, etc is not ok .) Household wants: I want to move in with a person that has a mutual adult approach to sharing our space. Maintaining peace, cleanliness, financial payments, and neighborhood policies come first. We communicate our plans that could impact our routines. Preference (negotiable): we are both single and within reason expect an occasional overnight guests. No relationship move ins or consecutive stays weekly on my end. Important: If you are in a healthy relationship, i would have to see if living together is a good fit after an interview. No tolerance for loud arguments or hostile environments. Housing desires: Looking for a private room, private bath, big closet, and excess storage space for a few boxes. (A well sized walk in closet works.) common areas, a kitchen, preferably in unit washer and drier. I DO NOT care about living rooms. I will spend almost all my time in the bedroom. If you have a back yard or community pool that’s a plus. Car Preference: I have one sedan I’d like to have over hang or garage parking . No tolerance for hard to find parking arrangements.
