Its a 4 bedroom 2 bath historic row house in Bethlehem. Two living rooms plus a dinning room and large kitchen. The rooms for rent are the entire third floor plus a small bedroom on the second floor. The third floor is a studio layout with a walkin closet. My current roommate has situated it into an additional private living area on one half (sofa, tv, book shelf) and her bedroom on the other. In the second floor bedroom shes made an officeguest bedroom. You can use these spaces however you please. The rest of the house is shared and decorating changes are welcome if you need. Theres a large patio and garden with a one car garage in the back. Storage space in the basement is also available. I have a dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, gas stove, deep freezers, off street parking for three cars and a fenced in yard. I have a cleaning crew come once a month to tidy the shared spaces and kitchen. If you have any interest in the doing your bedrooms it can be added for a fee! The house is smokevape free.
