Unfurnished room, however fully furnished house. Housemates: sharing with 4 others, however hardly home at the same time. All working professionals. Beck & Simon (couple), Beck is a project manager, Simon is an engineer. They share the master suite on 3rd floor. Meg is a teacher and iackson is an electrician (both single and share a bathroom on ground floor). Quiet and relaxed home, everyone keeps social activities out of the house so it’s chill for everyone. Large communal spaces. Parking: street Rent; $500 p/w not including bills Date available: 28th October (I’m moving to Canada, potential housemate fell through) No pets, no smoking (is a rental) 12 month commitment.
