Must be responsible, clean and personable. Gainfully employed with no substance abuse issues. Landlord (who I am long time friends with) will run credit and background checks, for a small fee. Your portion of the rent would be $800/month which includes all utilities: electricity, wi-fi, cable, water/gas and trash. I'm a young, energetic and very personable 60-year-old male work from home IT professional who enjoys music (likely to play live, once in awhile, in the basement), BBQ and enjoying beverages on the weekends. 10:00 p.m. is quiet time, during the week.
