Located near Walerga and Roseville road in Sacramento, very quiet snd safe neighborhood. I am the owner, i live in thr master bedroom so I have my own bathroom. You would share the other bathroom with one other guy who is clean, respectful and works a lot like i do, hes been there for two years. I have a dog who stays outside, a cat who is always hiding, and several caged reptiles and turtles (no snakes lol). I also have a huge tortoise who lives in the backyard.
