I am the OwnerProperty Manager of this newly remodeled house seeking a conscious, dependable, trustworthy, respectful, easygoing, clean tenant.
Currently Its just myself who occupies the property, and I travel a lot for extended periods of time.
I am seeking tenants:
-Who are in a similar stage of life.
-That truly values awareness, integrity, honesty, and courtesy.
-Who will treat my house as the sanctuary that it is.
(If you live a yogicholistic lifestyle that will definitely help to create harmony here.) I am a 37 years old artist, yogi, and entrepreneur. My party days are behind me, but I still love music and dance! I rarely have people over, and if I do its either to cook a meal, practice yoga, or watch a movie. This house has a very positive energy I have spent years cultivating, and I need another tenant who truly understands the value in this.
Location is very peaceful, safe, secluded, and has some great trailheads and parks just a stones throw away!
I have been renting rooms out of this house for 10 years, and have had many happy tenants come and go.
