Looking for tenancy transfer.

Hi, I am currently looking for someone to take over my rent contract for a flat as my plans have changed. The flat is based in YOURTRIBE Deptford and consists of 2 floors with a kitchen, balcony and lounge shared between 2 people. Each person also has their own bedroom and bathroom. The flat spans the first and second floors of the building and contains amenities alongside the balcony such as a dishwasher, comes furnished, study desk, underfloor heating, laundry machine and kitchen appliances. I have already paid 2 months of the rent so you will be around 3.7k less than the actual price for a duplex contract, which is relatively a bargain.
