I am a working professional who keeps a pretty calm and respectful home. I work 40+ hours a week and not home too often, I’m friendly and social, but I also value having a comfortable home where everyone can relax and have their own space. I love wine, cooking when I actually have the time, planning events, taking my dog to the dog park, trying new places to eat and traveling! You’ll be sharing the home with me and my pets plus an additional male roommate in his early 30’s who also works full time. Originally from SoCal. He’s very laid-back, loves music, easy-going, and respectful. He mostly keeps to himself and does his own thing, but he’s friendly and always open to chatting, grabbing a drink, lending a hand or having an occasional movie night. Overall, he’s pretty low-key and easy to live with. I’m looking for someone who works full time - is responsible, respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. A good balance of being social while respecting each other’s privacy is ideal. The house is best suited for someone who wants a comfortable, peaceful place to live rather than a party house.
