Large room w/Kingbed East Boca Home

I have a room for rent in a single family one story home. Room comes with large king bed, all utilities included, driveway parking, $1700 per month. Month to month basis is ok, but ideally would like to find the right person/fit and stay for a minimum of 3m0nths. Walking distance to the Brightlane Boca Train and Mizner Park. Everything is included, just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Driveway Parking, high speed wifi, new laundry appliances, large backyard. I do have two 60lbs labs. Must be ok with that. You would be living with myself (white male 32years old) and my other roommate (white male 29years old). He works as a medical staffer 9-5pm outside the home, and I'm a realtor/project manager. We're both chill respectful humans. Looking for someone similar that is clean, friendly, has a full time job(40+ hours a week), that's out of the house, no remote work please.
