Hi, Tate! I'm an IT professional who recently relocated to the Dallas area from New Zealand. I'm friendly, responsible, respectful, and easygoing, and I'm looking for a comfortable, well-kept home where I can settle in and enjoy my new city. I'm clean and considerate of shared spaces, reliable with rent and bills, and value clear, respectful communication. I enjoy good conversation and the occasional shared meal, while also respecting everyone's privacy, routines, and quiet time.
