I have a large loft-style bedroom available for rent in my home! The bedroom is partially furnished, or everything in the room can be removed, while the rest of the home is fully furnished and shared, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and other common spaces. A little about me: I work full-time in education and recently graduated, so I’m ideally looking for another female roommate who is a current student, recent graduate, or young professional. I’m looking for someone interested in a one-year lease, ideally following a school-year/calendar-year schedule, rather than a short-term or month-to-month arrangement. I’m very easygoing, social, and respectful of personal space. I keep a clean home and would want a roommate who does the same. I enjoy having a friendly relationship with the person I live with and occasionally hanging out, but I also completely understand the importance of having your own space and routine. I have two cats and a dog, so this is a very pet-friendly home! They’re definitely part of the family, so someone who genuinely likes animals is a must. The loft bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage, and the home has a comfortable, cozy, already-established feel. Since the common areas are fully furnished, you’d really just need to bring your personal belongings and make the bedroom your own.
