Hello there! Im currently helping my dad find a roommate for his beautiful home in Wellington, FL. Its spacious, in impeccable condition despite having lived there for the last 20 years, and a dream for anyone whos looking for resortstyle living. He would like to share the space since he travels often and it sits empty most of the time. He is interested in sharing the space with 1 person or a couple. My sisters & I sometimes come to stay with him, but only a few weeks out of the year. Heres what were offering (utilities are included in the price): Option 1: Private room with a queensize bed, private bathroom, and spacious closet. Fully furnished with a fullsize dresser. Asking price: $1,400 Option 2: Private room with an individualsize bed, private bathroom, and spacious closet. Fully furnished with a desk. Asking price: $1,200 Option 3: Rent both rooms for the price of $1,500 Amenities include: Gym and pool access at the fitness center

Barbecue Who are we seeking? Were looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible. This would be a homesharing situation (although youll be sure to have lots of privacy). You would also need to be willing to share household responsibilities (watering the plants, keeping the kitchen clean, taking the trash out, etc.). You must be a working professional and able to prove you have a stable income, and you must be able to provide references and pass a background check. Singles or couples welcome!
