I currently live here with one other roommate and am looking for someone to take the bedroom on the entire bottom floor, so you’ll have a good amount of privacy and your own space. The bottom floor includes your private bedroom, closet, and your own bathroom. You’ll also have access to the garage and the shared areas of the house, including a large kitchen, living space, washer and dryer. The house is in a great location — quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and grocery stores, and most importantly, dangerously close to Taco Bell. Rent: $1,233/month + ~ 80 utilities (varies) I’m 23, active-duty military, clean, respectful, and pretty laid-back.
