I have a furnished, single bedroom to rent in a non-smoking household. Rent is $950 per month, first and last months rent required to move in. There will be 3 of us living here. 2 straight single men. I’m in my early 60’s(homeowner) and the other is in his middle 20’s. We are both non smokers. The bathroom is shared and you have full use of the home, backyard, grill, swimming pool and laundry. The laundry is in the garage area. You must be a dog lover!
Unfortunately, no pets allowed as I have 2 dogs and that’s plenty. They are both very loving and needy for attention. They will greet you when you come home like you’ve been gone for years. So if you’re not a true dog lover then this would not be a good fit. Must be able to pass a back ground check and $1900 required to move in(first and last months rent).
