Room to rent for a companion

I am a single woman looking for a roommate and possible companion. I have a beautiful home overlooking the water downtown Port Orchard close to shopping. A small dog may be acceptable if it gets along with my dogs. I am looking for a clean and tidy person. No heavy drinking or drugs allowed! I will portion the utilities first you and share in chores to keep the home clean. I require you have your own transportation and will have a parking space. Only one person renting please. You would also have your own private bathroom!
