Room for rent

Hello, Im looking for a roommate for my house rental. The room is on the smaller side so perfect for someone who doesnt like a lot of clutter or just wants a place to sleep, study, video games, etc. the room does not come furnished so you will need your own bed, dresser, etc. however, the rest of the house is furnished (couches, dining set, tv, washer, dryer, etc). Shared dining, living, bathroom, kitchen. I do have a dog, but she loves people. We will essentially be renting the house together so we can negotiate that process. Rent is negotiable.
