Hello! This is our home on Charlotte's quiet east side and we're here every day. We keep it peaceful, and the people who live here are considerate and quiet. That's really the whole point. Three rooms open, all furnished. $700 rent - upstairs, shares a renovated bathroom with one other person. We're photographing this room properly this week. $945 rent - upstairs master with its OWN private bathroom: tile shower, a walk-in closet about 14 feet long, and its own deck. $995 rent - downstairs master with its OWN private bathroom, and the closest thing here to having your own place: private patio, its own mini-split so the temperature in there is yours, plus its own fridge with a freezer and a combo microwave, air fryer and toaster oven. Both masters have a Tempur-Pedic on an adjustable base - raise the head or the foot from the remote, and both do massage. That's a four to thousand dollar bed and it's the thing people notice first. Every room's ceiling fan runs off a remote too: speed, brightness, and how warm or cool the light is. We furnished it the way we'd want it ourselves, not rental-grade. The $75 utilities covers power, water, AT&T fiber, trash, landscaping and a professional cleaner every month. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, all of it included. There's a sunroom off the back on its own mini-split. Quiet street, big yard, deer out back. Blueberry and fig bushes are already in, and if you garden we'd be glad to help you put one in. Uptown is 18 to 19 minutes off traffic. We run a background and credit check on everyone. One person per room, no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
