Roommate Wanted in 4bd Home

Hello all! I am looking to secure a replacement for myself come November 1st, 2026 for a single room within a 4bd, single-family home in NW Santa Fe. House Details: The room itself is about 100 sq. feet in size, comes with one window and a decent-sized closet. The house is spacious, with two separate "living" areas, dining room, beautifully-designed kitchen and sizeable, fenced backyard. Ample storage space for personal belongings within a shared pantry, garage and shed. You will share one full-sized bathroom with 2 of the other roommates. We do not use A/C in the summer and very seldom use too much heat in the winter (just enough to keep the pipes from freezing!). No other pets allowed and you must clear a reference check with Landlords! About the Roommates: There are currently 3 other roommates + 1 small dog that live on the property. All lead rich and active lives independently and enjoy communal hangouts, catch-ups and social activities amongst the group. In general, all are very considerate, tidy, light-hearted, communicative and responsible. They've made this shared-home of ours feel like a true sanctuary for me:) About you: You'll fare well here if you err on the tidy- and communicative-side of life in general; there's a long-established system for sharing household chores (on a weekly basis, one person is in charge of cleaning the whole house/all shared spaces) and it's worked well for us all. If you're OK with giving/receiving heads-ups about house-related matters, understand that you are sharing a house with 3 vibrant women, are considerate of noise and are financially responsible, let's chat!
