Summer months air conditioning surcharge: $75 per month. smoking/420 okay in your own room. No couples per room. 2 minute walk to the A train! 5 minute walk to the 1 train and Target. At least three grocery stores within 5 minutes, and additional grocery and specialty stores within 10 minutes. Laundromat and convenience stores on our block! McDonald's on our corner, Dunkin' on our block, Starbucks at the other corner, Chipotle, KFC, Chick-fil-A within minutes, cute little cafes, tons of neighborhood restaurants nearby. Close to Riverside Park, Bennett Park, Fort Washington Park, the Cloisters these are part of the many charming attributes of the neighborhood. I have nice cats. I provide sundries. 20 minutes to Columbia University and Midtown. 30 minutes to NYU on the A train. 10 minutes to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. George Washington Bridge and bus station nearby close enough for quick city exits, but not too close that it bothers us.
