Quiet, Comfortable Private Room

설명

A comfortable private room is available in a charming historic Craftsman home in Lafayette. The Willow is a shared home designed for responsible working adults looking for an affordable, comfortable place to call home. The home offers shared living and dining areas, a full kitchen, living room, laundry, and two shared bathrooms. Utilities are included, making monthly expenses simple and predictable. This is a single-occupancy room in a quiet shared household. We’re looking for someone who is respectful of the home and considerate of the other people living here. This is not a party house, and overnight guests are not permitted. Visitors are welcome when respectful of the household and house rules. If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to come home to at the end of the day, The Willow may be a great fit.
