I'm looking for a roommate in Berwick - Savannah (GA). It´s a 2b/2b so you will have your own bathroom. Shared kitche, dining room, and living room area. Laundry available inside the apartment, parking available. The bedroom is unfurnished. It´s $720 a month plus utilities. The place is in Berwick area of Savannah, 20 minutes from Oglethorpe Mall and 25 from Downtown, walking distance to Kroger, Starbucks and many other shops. The complex has a gym, 2 pools, and a BBQ area. I like to keep the place quiet and clean and I expect the same. No pets, no smoking, no visitors are allowed.
