Hi, I'm Erika (Gen X female) looking for a roommate to move into very large (16.5 x 12.5 master bedroom) of 2 bedroom in Kensington. The monthly rent is $2000 plus utilities. It is almost a small studio- great if you need to set up a home office. Co-sign lease possible, starting 10/1 although you might be able to move in a few days before.
Open to roommates of all ages, genders. Queer and POC friendly. No smoking in the apartment, and sadly no pets.
Apartment is very large, wood floors, archways, living room, dining room and storage/small office space. Three large closets available for your use. Dishwasher and bathtub. Located right next to the F/G Church Street stop.
