Looking for roommate downtown

Hi, my name is John, I'm 25, and I am currently looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease around beginning of October in downtown St Pete at Camden Central, as he is moving away around the end of September. You would have the larger room with connected bathroom circled below and rent is $2,100 a month. Your rent would include a parking spot, if you don’t have a car we can negotiate that. Ive only lived here for about a month and a half and have had a great time and hoping to stay. I’m looking for someone who likes being active, watching sports, hanging/going out, clean/responsible, and wouldn’t mind grabbing a beer at locals bars. No pets preferred.
