Hi I’m Lewis. I have a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse with a 2 car garage located in Banning Lewis ranch. 2 bedrooms available and I’m looking for a roommate. Beautiful kitchen, spacious living room and plenty of storage space. You’ll have access to a gym and the pool in a safe quiet neighborhood. Flat rate of $1,450 monthly and I’ll cover HOA, utilities, garbage, WiFi etc.. **I will be out gone from Jan-Sep of 27 so you’ll have the house to yourself.
