1 furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom available. The other tenant stays in his room. I live on a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of street parking available. I work nights and sleep during the day. I have 2 dogs that stay in my room when I work and sleep. They are friendly and love attention. You have access to kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry room, large covered patio(you may smoke outside) and garage turned gym. No animals or children. Tennis courts, soccer fields and swimming pool in the neighborhood.
