- Extra fridge (can add another if you need it) Location is great — 5 min from downtown Chandler, Walmart, Fry's, and Ranch 99. About 10 min to Chandler Mall and Costco. Pickleball and tennis courts are right nearby. Close to Intel, Microchip, Arm, NXP, Chandler Regional Medical Center, Banner Ocotillo, Dignity Health and many more companies and restaurants.
