Hello! An upstairs room just opened up in my 3BR/2BA 1,595ft2 Townhouse near Coal Mine/Kipling (Dutch Ridge) in Littleton, CO. We’re looking for FEMALE ROOMMATES ONLY. This is a 3-level townhouse, 2BR upstairs, 1BR in basement. No pets please. I have a well trained German Shepherd but only one pet is allowed. Lease can be month to month or a longer lease. The available room is upstairs with a shared bathroom. Price is $585 as well as a $585 deposit. Wifi and utilities are split 3 ways each month. Wifi is $30 for each roommate monthly.
