In Need of Roomate!!!

Looking for a roomate ASAP! Quicker than Usain Bolt ASAP. The rent is $465 a month plus gas and electric. The average bill for two people living here is $54 for electric. I don’t have an average for the gas, but I can say that my bill was $16 for one month, and that was with the previous roomate who lived here. I am willing to accommodate the areas you see in the photos above in order for you to have your own area of living space! Being roommates is a team effort, therefore we’d be creating boundaries and living rules together.
