Hi! I have a room that will be available starting any time in September. I will wait for the right fit, though. This ad will be taken down immediately once the room is filled so please do not message me just to ask if it’s still available. Thanks! =) We are friendly female professionals. We keep things low-key and very clean at the house. I like to hike, eat healthy (mostly;), sometimes foster kittens, and stream funny shows/movies. The room easily fits a queen bed and small dresser. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 15m1n drive to La Jolla/UTC/downtown, and has all major appliances, including washer/dryer. Utilities split between us are gas, electricity, water, and internet. They may seem a little high, but they’ve gone up everywhere this last year, unfortunately. If interested, please message me with details about yourself, like work and hobbies.
