Room for rent! $800/month bedroom with attached private bathroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo located near Green Mountain in Lakewood. Gas/electric and internet are extra, trash/sewer/water included in rent. One year lease would start October 1st, 2026. The bedroom is about 12’x10’, and the main unit is ~1000 square feet total with an in-unit washer and dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, and a balcony. The living room and the kitchen both have plenty of space, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, and fridge. There is some living room furniture in the unit, but some of it might be leaving and we can definitely make space for your own furniture. The bedroom will be unfurnished/empty. This unit on the second floor of a two-story building with four total units, so there are some shared walls with one unit but no one else above us. There is both on-and off-street parking available! This is a great location for anyone who wants to easily access both Denver and the mountains, as it is super easy to hop on 6th. There’s a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. You can also walk to trails on Green Mountain from the unit! Pets are very welcome, with a pet deposit and rent; there are currently no pets here, although there have been cats and a dog in the past.
