Looking for someone to take over my lease for this upcoming year. Fully furnished Studio apartment(1bed, 1bath) bed, couch, tv, kitchen appliances, private bathroom and in unit laundry. Situated right down the street from the University of Oregon. Reduced rent from $1,500 to $1,300. No security deposit will be required as they will continue to use mine. Lease starts September 1st.
