I need a roommate to share a furnished, very well appointed two-bedroom house in a 55+ community in San Marcos, TX. Available September 1st for a one-year lease. There are lots of ammenities, including a pool, gym, all utilities (gas, electric, HOA fees, wifi, among others. I am a professor, and am looking for a mature, well-educated, sex-independent person of like mind to share this unique opportunity with me because I cannot afford $2,700/month... so, let's split it!
