Multiple MBTA bus routes nearby and green line access ~15 min walk. Includes a private backyard w/ patio as well as in-unit laundry, dishwasher, storage space, and optional off-street parking. Rent: $1,200/month per room

Move-in costs: First and last month's rent, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) - $3,600 total
