Hello. I have a room for rent in Aloha/Beaverton area. The rent amount listed is 1/3 of what the rent actually costs (the $932 is just your part). Utilities will be assessed every month and split between all tenants. We are located near 185th & Farmington in a quiet neighborhood. Currently, it's me, my girlfriend and our daughter and my GFs mom living here with plenty of room for some new faces 😊 The house is still somewhat empty, though I just got some new furniture for the living room. Hoping to put a tv in the living room soon and get some more dishes for the kitchen (plz be patient 🙃) I have brand new fiber optic high speed internet (2gbps) with a wifi extender that can be placed near your room.
