Looking for a roommate!

Hi! We have a three bedroom home in North Portland and will have a room opening up in mid- to late- September. Monthly rent is $1,100 plus about $100 in utilities. We have a charming little garden in the front and patio in the back. We currently have one pet cat in the household, and please no other pets. We are looking for someone who is a direct communicator, comfortable navigating caring conflict, and interested in building community. If you’re interested please let us know!
