The property is walking distance to Hayward BART station and downtown area which has City Hall, dining, shopping and a weekly farmers market. A short drive to 580, 238, 880 and 92/San Mateo Bridge. The bedroom includes a private half-bathroom with access to a shared kitchen and laundry room. Ideal roommate must be clean & tidy, have a good attitude, be mature, organized, respectful, and responsible. I am a chill person, enjoy cooking/grilling, love music and movies, am a sports fanatic and spend time with family, friends, my significant other and my dog Harley (must be dog friendly). Hoping to find someone to vibe with peacefully and appreciate a safe space. Asking $1500 monthly with utilities included and $1500 deposit.
