Roommate in the Omaha/Bellevue area

I’m a pretty laid back person who just works everyday! I stay clean and organized and most of the time I’ll just be working on my cars. I don’t have any pets and I don’t smoke/vape, drink, party, or do any obnoxious activities. I’m pretty smart with my money, I do make purchases that could’ve waited haha, but I always have money aside to pay rent, gas, insurance, etc. etc.. I don’t make noise and I usually keep to myself for the most part! Also, I can maybe fix your car as a bonus haha! I currently have my own place and the lease ends this November, I’m just here now so I can plan ahead:D! I would also prefer to have a roommate around my age (18-21). I don’t know if this matters or not but I work Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm so I’ll be gone most of the day (I also go to the gym after work so it’ll probably be later than 5:00pm)! Don’t worry about keeping me up either, I usually don’t sleep until 11:00pm or closer to midnight. I’m also a heavy sleeper so even if you were loud, I wouldn’t wake up haha! Also, I’d probably like to get to know my potential roommate before making any final decisions! (Just a small preference, I’d like a garage/storage space for one of my vehicles. I’ll of course pay more if need be:D! If not, no worries at all!)
