Room with a private bathroom

Hi! I’m looking to rent a room with private bathroom in my 3/2 house to a female tenant. I live there as well. The rent is $800 without utilities, utilities are 50/50. but with utilities it does not exceed $950. $800 security deposit required. The room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is. The house is 10 min from downtown st. Augustine. I’m looking to find a roommate to move on by October 1st. My current roommate is moving out by mid September. Here are some pictures (the bedroom in the picture is the current guest bedroom but using it for size reference. I am looking for a female 22-36 years old, non smoker, tidy, and no pets.
