Downtown Golden Apartmentts

4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment within 10 minute walk to the Colorado School of Mines campus and 15 to downtown. The apartment is all one floor with elevator access, all new appliances, a 24 hour gym, and in unit washer and dryer. Current roommates are myself, Andrew, and Julia.
