Move in October 1 (flexible)
We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and are looking for a roommate! You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom, giving you plenty of personal space.
A little about the household: I live here with my partner, our dog, and our cats. We’re looking for someone who does not have pets. We’re hoping to find someone who is respectful, clean, and comfortable with a peaceful household.

• Quiet neighborhood
• Conveniently located near the mall and stadiums
•walking distance to campus
• Shared kitchen and living spaces
💰 Monthly costs:
• Rent: $850/month
• Utilities are split evenly between all residents, and depend on usage
• Garbage is also split between residents and is billed quarterly
We’re looking for someone who wants a comfortable, quiet place to call home and is respectful of shared spaces and the people they live with.
