I’m the landlord helping my current 2 tenants find a qualified housemate for the lower unit of a duplex at 850 22nd Ave SE Minneapolis. You’d be living with a respectful, long-term tenant who works early mornings and long days as a baker, so he’s often away from the house during the day. He’s easygoing, responsible, and a big Vikings fan — he enjoys hosting Vikings game day parties in the garage/man cave. The other tenant is a 30 year old male who has just moved in the area. He is looking forward to meeting new people. Looking for someone clean, respectful, reliable, and easy to live with. Ideally looking for a 1-year lease beginning August, with some flexibility for the right fit. Rent: $700/month
