Seeking trans friendly roommate in Long Beach! shared bedroom (you pay 775/month) Hello, we are looking for someone who wants to move in to a shared large bedroom ASAP. We are looking for someone ASAP. Looking for someone who wants to move in by August 1st. It is a large room with a shared bathroom. It is 2 miles west of CSULB. MUST be trans friendly as trans folk live in the apartment. In-unit washer/dryer and 3 guaranteed parking spots.The room is 1500/month for 1 person or 775/month for 2 and we have 1 other person (trans woman) in that room Utilities range from 85 to 105 per month (electricity, gas, and internet).
Non-refundable Deposit is 775 + first months rent (775)
